By accessing or using PracticeStats (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who accesses the Service.

PracticeStats is a web platform for viewing public statistics of Minecraft players on Practice servers. The Service offers:

• Individual player statistics (ELO, matches, history)
• Leaderboards and rankings per server
• Optional user accounts for personalization
• Integration with public data from the servers API

Registering on PracticeStats is optional. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering
• Keep your access credentials confidential
• Not share your account with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity carried out from your account

You may link your account to third-party services such as Google or Discord. By doing so, you authorize PracticeStats to access the basic profile information those services share.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Perform mass, automated or abusive scraping of Service data
• Attempt to access other users data without authorization
• Use the Service to send spam, malware or harmful content
• Intentionally overload the Service infrastructure (DoS/DDoS)
• Manipulate, falsify or alter player statistics
• Use the Service for illegal activities under applicable law
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service software

Breaching these rules may result in immediate suspension of access to the Service.

The design, source code, logos and original content of PracticeStats are the property of its developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without express authorization is prohibited.

Player names, skins and other Minecraft-related elements are the property of their respective owners. PracticeStats only displays public information available through official APIs.

The Service uses public Minecraft player and server data in accordance with the usage policies of the APIs involved.

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. The Service may be interrupted by:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Unforeseen technical failures
• Causes beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters, etc.)
• Changes or interruptions in the third-party APIs we depend on

PracticeStats will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the unavailability of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PracticeStats and its developers will not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Loss of data, revenue or business opportunities
• Inaccuracies in the statistics shown
• Damage caused by third parties who have accessed your account

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We will notify you by email if the changes are significant.

Continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
